An AI bot that trains call center employees for various scenarios using simple language while adjusting speed and tone of speech. It also analyses mistakes and suggests how to improve communication. SkyTrainer gives new employees practical experience that helps reduce early dropout.
My role
I designed the first version of the application and the CRM admin panel. I also ran user tests and defined the tone of voice (TOV).
